Food photographers Lauren Caris and Lucie Beck will give a food photography workshop on …..
You are already familiar with photography, you know how your camera works and you can shoot manually. But you miss that part about working with flash photography.
Lauren and Lucie take you into the world of artificial light.
Expands your knowledge area and your ability to capture action photos. How do you get your picture to look like you’re working with daylight? How does the technical part work exactly?
A light bright styling
Lucie shows how she builds a light styling with tips on styling, composition and use of colour.
We are going to style different dishes and you all are going to practice a lot!
Photoshop & Lightroom
This day we will also be editing the photos taken in Lightroom and Photoshop. We will show you how to combine action shots and how to edit images in a certain atmosphere and style.
How to put yourself on the map as a food photographer?
How do you profile yourself as a photographer, how do you put yourself on the market?
We will tell you about how to use your portfolio and how to get more work by using the different channels of social media. There is room for questions and sharing experiences.
Lauren has been a professional food photographer for the last four years, working with magazines, clients and students all over the world. She has a suite of online courses to help develop you into the best food photographer you can be!
Lucie works as a food photographer, food stylist and interior photographer for clients such as online food companies, restaurants, magazines and small businesses. She regularly gives photography workshops and also provides private coaching on photography and styling.
When: Lauren and I made the decision to postpone the workshop until further notice, due to the current COVID-19 outbreak. This was not an easy decision to make, but everyone’s safety at this time is our top priority. The situation is largely out of our control, and we feel it’s important to follow the precautions to keep everyone safe.
Send me an a-mail if you’re interested in this course.
